What it includes:

Personalized meals – Customized nutrition plan based on goals, preferred food, allergies, and based on each individual needs. (4-6 meals a day for 12 weeks). Plans are easy to follow and tell you exactly WHAT to eat and WHEN to eat it. All macronutrients and calories are calculated for the perfect formula to achieve your goals. Can be adjusted based on your results and preferences throughout the program. Whether your goals are weight loss, lean muscle gains, shredding, or toning/defining, the meal plans will get you there QUICKLY!

Workouts – Workout routines (4-5 routines each week with one to two days of rest). Your routine will directly correlate to your goals and will only include equipment you have available to you. Each routine is detailed and easy to follow. Exercises, sets, reps, and rest time are all included in each routine. Every week the intensity, volume, and loads are adjusted for maximized results. Gym membership NOT required.

Supplement recommendations – This is a complete list of supplements that we have PERSONALLY tried and recommend. From proteins to pre-workouts, we list the supplements that have been essential in getting the results for our clients as well as ourselves.

Your progress will be closely monitored and your plan will be adjusted based on it so we can ensure the most effective methods. Through constant communication and alterations of your program, you will reach goals as quickly as possible, guaranteed. Progress is monitored through weekly check-ins, progress reports, progress photos(never shared without your full permission), weigh-ins and more.
